Job Search Support is brought to you by Amazing People, personally directed by Denise Taylor, Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Specialist Career Coach.
This programme is available as a group programme by telephone and email, as an in house service for employees who need a job search programme or on a 1 to 1 basis with individuals. The materials can also be licenced for use by others.
Denise is qualified to lead this programme through her previous work with 4 of the largest outplacement companies, and around 20 years of working 1 to 1 with individuals supporting them through the whole career management programme. When not working with individuals, she offers the same service to organisations, in the private and public sector, particularly charities. Denise is also a specialist in assessment and development, working with companies as an assessor or interviewer. This enables Denise to give you the inside story on assessment centres and enables her to undertake effective interview support, giving clear feedback on how you are likely to be seen.
There are many people out there who offer job search coaching, many have learnt techniques from books or are basing their programme on what worked for them, but can they deviate from what they have learnt?
